Because it was in stock, had it installed the next week. Installation took just a couple of hours, and the installers were very professional, polite and left the area clean. I hired Marra flooring to redo a bathroom, they are very knowledgeable and exceeded our expectations. They have the best tilers in the business, absolutely remarkable tilling job and state of the art water proofing techniques for the shower with the use of Schluter Kerdi shower systems.
